All products are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping. Delivery is to the email address provided at checkout via Razorpay.

The RecoveryFile does not sell or ship physical goods. All products — templates, guides, and completed case files — are delivered digitally by email. Delivery timelines begin from the moment Razorpay confirms payment to us.

If we anticipate a delay beyond 5 business days we will notify you proactively

Within 48 hours of payment: you receive a call-scheduling link to book your consultation with our founder

Consultation call held — we review your case, assess fit, and brief you on the agency approach
Step 3
Agency introduction made within 5 business days of the call, subject to case fit and agency availability
Important
Agency names and contact details are never shared before the consultation call. This gate is non-negotiable — it protects both the client and the agency relationship.
Delays and Non-Delivery
If you have not received your files within the timelines stated above, write to us at Santosh.k@phronesiz.com with your Razorpay transaction ID. We will investigate and resolve within one business day.
Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us — automated emails sometimes land there.
