For our two digital documentation products — the Letter Pack (₹999) and the Complete System (₹4,999) — if the file we deliver does not match what is promised on that product’s section of this website, write to us at santosh@therecoveryfile.com within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund. This is an accuracy guarantee: it covers the delivered file not matching what we promised — not a change of mind. Where this guarantee and the product-specific terms below differ, this Accuracy Guarantee governs for these two products. The Recovery War-Room (₹24,999) is covered by its own cancellation terms in Section 4.
Our products are digital goods and professional services. Because significant time and preparation goes into each, refunds are limited and time-sensitive. We do not offer refunds on the basis of "changed my mind" once work has commenced or files have been accessed.
Fees for optional third-party services — physical dispatch of notices, or engagement of a recovery partner — are charged by those partners under their own terms, are separate from our product prices, and are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
The Letter Pack is a digital product (editable Word templates + PDF guide) delivered by email immediately after payment confirmation.
The Complete System is a service: you pay, then share a Drive folder of your case documents, and we build your recovery file from those materials.
The War-Room is a done-for-you agency placement service with significant preparation on our side prior to any introduction.
Email santosh@therecoveryfile.com with subject line: "Refund Request — [Product Name] — [Your Name]". Include your payment confirmation number or Razorpay transaction ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7 business days via your original payment method.
We ask that you contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in your case being escalated to Razorpay's dispute resolution process, which takes longer and may affect your ability to purchase from us in future.
