1. Who We Are

The RecoveryFile is a service operated by Satori Consulting ("we", "us", "our"), based in Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra, India. We provide payment recovery documentation services to contractors, sub-contractors, and trade businesses operating in the Indian construction sector.

2. What We Provide

We offer three paid products and one free resource:

• Recovery Readiness Checklist (Free) — a self-audit guide delivered digitally.
• Letter Pack (₹999) — a set of seven editable escalation letter templates in Microsoft Word format, with a quick-start guide PDF.
• Complete System (₹4,999) — a done-for-you documentation structuring service. After purchase, you submit your case documents via a shared Drive folder; we build a complete, reconciled recovery file and return it to you.
• Recovery War-Room (₹24,999) — a done-for-you agency placement service. After purchase, a consultation call with our founder is scheduled. Agency introduction follows only after that call. This is a professional service, not a digital product.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business-to-business (B2B) use by contractors, sub-contractors, and trade businesses. By purchasing, you confirm that you are buying on behalf of a business entity and not as a consumer for personal use.

4. Not Legal Advice

All products and communications from The RecoveryFile — including templates, guides, case-file structures, and any written correspondence — are for informational and documentation-assistance purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or the establishment of an advocate-client relationship. We are not advocates, law firms, or legal service providers. Use our products to organise and strengthen your documentation, then engage a qualified advocate or a recovery agency for any formal legal proceedings.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, guides, written content, and structural frameworks provided by The RecoveryFile are the intellectual property of Satori Consulting. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business's payment recovery purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repurpose the materials commercially without written consent.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and genuine case documents when using the Complete System or War-Room services.
• Not use our templates to make false claims or engage in fraudulent correspondence.
• Verify that any figures, dates, or legal references in our templates are accurate for your specific case before sending them.
• Obtain independent legal advice before initiating formal legal proceedings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Satori Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including any loss arising from reliance on documentation we have prepared.

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service to which the claim relates.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
